This cafe is a hidden local gem, and the baristas here deserve major praise for their skill. If you’re someone who drinks alternative milk, you know how hard it is to get a perfect soy cappuccino or soy flat white—the milk is incredibly sensitive and can easily split if the temperature is even slightly off. This cafe , however , absolutely nails it. My soy coffee is always perfect here—velvety smooth, rich, and zero weird curdling. It’s a game-changer. The whole vibe is totally chill, and honestly, the people are the absolute best part. Super warm, super genuine, and they make you feel like a regular even if it's your first time

The coffee is great and the pastries, which are made on site, are delicious. Combined with friendly service this is a must visit cafe next to the Lewisham light rail.
Excellent pastries and coffee. The croissant are buttery and their pistachio croissant are to die for. Very rich in pistachio. Im also a fan of their baguettes
My breakfast-time paradise place If you are a breakfast lover, Moulin Café is your go-to place. A real gem, right in the heart of Sydney Innerwest. Their famous croissant offers a divine experience with every bite, particularly their pistachio croissant, which is filled with the finest pistachio crush rich in indulgent flavour. In addition, their freshly baked Portuguese tarts take you directly to the romantic streets of Lisbon. If you are more a savoury breakfast type of person, their menu includes a variety of excellent savoury opinions too. Their eggs Benedict are a triumph of taste, as well as their range of crepes topped with the finest ingredients, and their delicious sausage roll is the best a had in Sydney. Last but not least, their coffee. So good that it deserves its own moment. Their expresso is one of the best I have ever tried, hard to find anything as good in the world. And, being Italian for me coffee is a priority! Finally, the staff and the owner are amazing really taking care of their customers, making Moulin Café the perfect place for a wonderful breakfast. If I could give more than 5 stars to such a unique place, I would!
